A shared platform.
An implementation built around you.

Databricks brings data engineering, analytics, machine learning, and AI into a common environment. Odiambo connects those capabilities to your sources, business definitions, permissions, and day-to-day work.

We start by identifying the result that matters: a report you can reconcile, an answer with supporting evidence, a useful forecast, or a bounded workflow with clear authority.

Where would better intelligence change your work?

Start with a decision your team already makes. Explore possible engagements and the measures we would define together.

01

Make reporting easier to trust.

Bring finance, enrollment, service, or outcome records into a connected view. Reconcile the numbers, surface missing information, and produce reporting narratives grounded in the underlying evidence.

Agree what success means: reporting time, completeness, reconciliation exceptions, and reviewer corrections.

02

Find a verified answer faster.

Help staff retrieve approved procedures and business knowledge with links to the source. We use retrieval to give the model relevant evidence and design access boundaries around the people asking the questions.

Agree what success means: time to a verified answer, source relevance, citation accuracy, and review effort.

03

See the exceptions worth investigating.

Use forecasts, classification, or anomaly detection to direct attention. Connect unusual financial results, operational delays, or security alerts to the context a person needs to investigate.

Agree what success means: performance against a simple baseline, exception precision, missed escalations, and investigation time.

04

Move a bounded workflow forward.

Build an agent that prepares work and uses approved tools within defined limits. Keep consequential actions behind explicit approvals, record the outcome, and design for safe retries and recovery.

Agree what success means: accepted results, correct actions, escalation quality, and total review and correction time.

What Odiambo builds between data and action.

The platform supplies the capabilities. We design, implement, and test how they work together in your environment.

Data people can rely on.

Connect priority sources with Lakeflow pipelines or governed query access. Validate schema, completeness, duplicates, and reconciliation. Give each business-ready dataset an owner, a freshness expectation, and permitted uses.

Meaning shared across teams.

Define entities, relationships, and measures before putting them in front of AI. Use Unity Catalog and metric views to support governed access and consistent definitions across reports and intelligent applications.

Intelligence matched to the task.

Choose analytics, document retrieval, predictive models, or an agent according to the workflow. Use AI Search, Agent Bricks, and MLflow where they fit, with representative tasks and explicit acceptance criteria.

Controls that reach the outcome.

Test the path from user identity to retrieved evidence, model output, and tool execution. Build monitoring, approval steps, rollback procedures, and runbooks your operators can use.

Access must be tested across the complete workflow.

A useful first release.
A clear path to ownership.

We expand the engagement after useful performance can be demonstrated. Scope and duration depend on access, data condition, integration complexity, and your team’s review capacity.

  1. Frame the use case.

A decision brief, workflow map, baseline, and authority boundaries. Agree who owns the result and how it will be measured.

  2. Prepare the foundation.

Source connections, validated data, business definitions, and an access model. Confirm reconciliation, freshness, and permitted and denied access.

  3. Build and evaluate.

Working analytics, a model, or an agent connected to the workflow. Compare results with current work and document limitations.

  4. Release with controls.

Monitoring, approvals, deployment automation, rollback, and runbooks. Test quality, security, latency, and cost in the target environment.

  5. Transfer and improve.

Staff training, named operators, a review cadence, and a prioritized backlog. Your team can investigate issues and manage changes.

Answering the right FAQs help in making the right investment decisions.

Is Databricks the right fit for us?

It is a candidate when teams need reusable data products, substantial processing, or a shared environment for analytics and AI. We assess existing cloud investments, workload size, skills, and total cost. A small reporting workflow may be better served by a simpler architecture.

Do we need to train a model on all our data?

No. Retrieval can supply selected, approved evidence at request time. We consider model customization when evaluation identifies a gap that retrieval, instructions, or workflow changes do not adequately resolve.

How do we judge value and operating cost?

Measure the current workflow first. Track quality, turnaround, human review, correction time, and cost per accepted result. Include ingestion, compute, storage, search, model consumption, monitoring, integration, and support in the cost model.

How do privacy and governance enter the design?

WSe define ownership, least-privilege access, permitted actions, data destinations, and retention. Prompts and traces need controls of their own. Cloud, region, release status, and contractual requirements are checked during design; adopting the platform alone does not establish compliance.

Give your next AI investment a practical starting point.

Start with an Odiambo Data and AI Implementation Review. Bring the workflow that is slowing your team down, the decision you cannot support, or the data you are ready to put to work.

Tell us about your use case. We will review your inquiry and follow up by business email.

Your review defines the next move.

  • A prioritized use case tied to business value
  • Data-readiness findings and key constraints
  • A target architecture for the selected workflow
  • A measurable pilot scope and acceptance criteria
  • An operating-cost estimate for your investment decision
